I hadn't been to this particular beach in nearly 5 years. I went to visit my dad (my papa) and help him settle into his new home. A home that he had previously lived in years ago. Strange circle of events.
My papa.
I helped paint the exterior of this house over five years ago. It's a lovely beachy blue.
The weather was beautiful for mid-February so we took my dad's dog Rosie to the beach. To say that she LOVES the beach is an understatement!
I think she could run the beach all day!
After my beach trip I stopped by All That Jazz Vintage. I dropped off these new pillows I made.
Something for the french girl~
Or the farm girl!
Tara sent me photos of her latest shop re-do and it is looking the best it ever has! She will share pictures with you later this week.
I hope that your week is fabulous!

The pillows are just adorable, absolutely lovely. ;-)
It's nice that you got to spend some time with your "Papa" while you helped him move, Michelle. Rosie is a cutie and looks happy as could be on that beautiful beach! Love the pillows!
Hope you have a great week!

Ah, this was such a good move for the "Po Po". Your Dad looks pretty content sitting there on the log too. I want to go and visit soon. I miss the beach, there is always such a feeling of exhilaration when you get back there after a long time away.
Your pillows turned out really great. I'm sure they will fly off the "shelf"!
I love your farm girl pillow, it's just so darn cute.
Thanks Robin!! That red stripe looks freakish glowy on my laptop, LOL! It is not that bright in real life. I forgot to add a picture of the back of the pillow, it's red gingham, made from an old weathered soft dishtowel.

Loved seeing Rosie run on the beach...Papa and Rosie have gone home...
Love the beach...love your pillows! A girl can never have too many pillows I say! ~Deb~
Great photo of your dad. Our doggy boy would love to race Rosie all day at the beach too.
